Students in our Drone (Unmanned Vehicle) Program of Study had the opportunity to test out the newest addition to our program—a new drone that City View ISD won through a Region 9 ESC Perkins raffle!
Our students wasted no time getting it in the air and putting their skills to work. Experiences like this give students the opportunity to learn with current technology while developing real-world skills in drone operations and exploring the growing career opportunities available through unmanned aircraft systems.
A huge thank you to Region 9 ESC for supporting Career & Technical Education and helping us continue to expand hands-on opportunities for our students!
